TruckFill is an AI-powered recruiting tool for HVAC contractors. The free tier delivers a sourcing report of up to 50 candidates. The paid tier ($297/month per active role) adds AI outreach, screening, and booking.

You agree not to use TruckFill to send spam, harass candidates, violate labor laws, or run outreach campaigns for roles you cannot lawfully fill.

You agree that all candidate messaging is sent on behalf of your business. We act as a tool; you remain the employer of record for any hire.

When you activate the paid tier, we commit to booking 3 qualified interviews on your calendar within 14 days. If we miss, your first month is fully refunded and your subscription cancels automatically. After the first month, the guarantee no longer applies; cancel or pause anytime.

The paid tier renews monthly until you cancel. You can pause or cancel from your dashboard. Pausing voids upcoming invoices until you resume. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

TruckFill provides candidate sourcing and outreach as a service. We do not guarantee that any specific candidate will accept, qualify for, or perform in any role. Hiring decisions are yours alone.
