Privacy Policy

From customers (HVAC shop owners using TruckFill): name, company, email, phone, payment method, and the job specs you input.

From candidates (HVAC technicians we source on behalf of customers): name, current employer, public job title, public certifications, work history, and verified email/phone obtained through public sources and third-party enrichment providers.

Customer data is used to run your account, deliver the service, and bill you.

Candidate data is used to deliver the recruiting service to our customers: scoring candidates against their job, generating outreach messages, and screening replies.

We retain customer data for the life of your account plus 12 months after cancellation for billing and dispute resolution.

Candidate data is retained until the candidate requests deletion via privacy@truckfill.io. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.

TruckFill sends SMS messages on behalf of our customers to candidates as part of recruiting outreach.

Messages are only sent between 9am and 7pm in the recipient's local time. Every initial SMS includes an opt-out instruction ("reply STOP"). Opt-outs are honored immediately and globally across all customers using our service.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@truckfill.io.
