How do I sign up?
Click any 'free report' button. Two minutes of form, no card. You're in.
Do I need a credit card?
No. The free sourcing report does not require a card. We only collect payment when you activate outreach for $297/month.
How long does the free report take?
Usually 5 to 30 minutes. The longest piece is enriching contact info for the top 50 candidates. We email you when it's ready.
What if my market has no candidates?
The free report tells you. If we can't find 50 within 30 miles, we'll be honest about it and you don't pay a dollar.
What does it cost?
$0 for the free sourcing report. $297/month per active role when you activate outreach. No per-hire fee.
Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your dashboard.
What's the guarantee?
If we don't book 3 qualified interviews on your calendar within 14 days of activation, your first month is fully refunded. The Stripe trial protects you from the start.

What sources do you use?
Bright Data for Google Maps competitor scraping and public LinkedIn profile pages. Prospeo for contact enrichment. Indeed for active candidates. Everything is from public sources.
Is the outreach really personalized?
Yes. Every message is generated by Claude Sonnet based on your shop's brand voice description and one specific detail from the candidate's profile (years at current shop, a cert, their current title). No templates.
Can I customize the messages?
The first version uses your brand voice description from onboarding. Per-message editing is on the roadmap.
What if a candidate has a bad experience?
Email us at hello@truckfill.io. We'll look at the conversation and adjust.
How do you find them?
Public sources only. Google Maps competitor employee pages, public LinkedIn profiles indexed by Google, Indeed listings. We never use login-walled scraping.
Do you have their permission?
Initial outreach is a one-time message from the hiring company introducing the role. Candidates can opt out instantly with STOP. We honor opt-outs globally across all our customers.
What if a candidate complains?
They can email privacy@truckfill.io to be removed from our system within 30 days. We respect every opt-out and removal request immediately.
How do you screen?
5 questions, conversationally, over SMS: licensed in your state, years of residential service experience, earliest start date, pay range fit, background check. All 5 clear is qualified.
TCPA
We only send SMS within 9am to 7pm in the candidate's local time. Every first SMS includes a STOP opt-out instruction. Opt-outs are honored globally and instantly.
GDPR / CCPA
Candidates can request deletion via privacy@truckfill.io. We honor requests within 30 days.
Background checks
We ask candidates about background checks during screening but don't run them. Background screening is between you and your candidate at the offer stage.
