We built TruckFill because the hiring math doesn't work for HVAC shops.

U.S. HVAC contractors are short over 100,000 service techs. Owners pay recruiters $12,000 per hire and wait 60 days while their trucks sit empty. We thought there had to be a better way.

We use AI agents to do the work a recruiter does: source candidates from competitor shops, reach out, screen, schedule. But at a cost structure that lets us charge $297/month instead of $12,000 a hire. The agents do the sourcing and outreach. The HVAC owner does the interviewing. The math works for everyone.
