Here's what's going on, and what you can do.
An HVAC company near you is hiring and asked us to help. We do the initial outreach on their behalf because the owner doesn't have time to text 50 techs personally. Every message you get comes from a real company with a real role to fill. If you reply, you'll be chatting with our screening assistant first, but the interview, the job, and the paycheck come from the actual shop.
If you're interested: just reply to the text or email. We'll ask you 5 quick questions and if you're a fit, we'll get an interview on the owner's calendar. Usually within a week.
If you're not interested: reply STOP and you'll never hear from us again. We'll also remove your info from our system if you email privacy@truckfill.io.
If you want to verify the shop is real: the company name in the message is the actual hiring company. Look them up. They'll confirm.
We're not a recruiter taking a cut of your salary. We're a tool the shop is using to find good people. Whatever you negotiate with them is between you and them.
