Do I owe an extra fee when I hire someone?

No. The $297/month is the only fee. We don't charge per hire. Hire as many techs as you want from the candidates we send.

How does the 14-day guarantee work?

When you activate outreach, we have 14 days to book 3 qualified interviews on your calendar. If we miss that, your first month is fully refunded. The Stripe trial protects you: no charge happens until day 14, and if we miss we cancel before billing fires.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, from the dashboard. No call required. Your subscription ends at the period end and we never bill you again. No retention pitch.

Can I run multiple roles?

Yes. Each active role is its own $297/month campaign. The free sourcing report is free per role too.

When are refunds processed?

If you miss the guarantee, the refund posts automatically within 5 to 10 business days. You don't have to ask.
